As the Property Services Manager for the Travel City, Holiday City and Trans Atlantic Holiday companies, one of my biggest headaches in maintaining the appearance of our shops and call centres, is the removal of chewing gum from the floors and carpets.

We have tried numerous products and suggestions over the years to little avail. Indeed it is often the case that the cure is worse than the complaint. This is because some products, whils removing the gumt to a degree, also remove the surface of the floor or carpet.

I wish to report that my Contract Cleaning Company has been using the product 'bye bye gum' in all our cleaning contracts (50+) for 14months now and we have found it to be terrific.
