Step 1
Before using bye bye gum to remove gum it is good practice to test bye bye gum in an inconspicuous area.

Step 2
Clean and vacuum area thoroughly, apply "bye bye gum" to check fibres for colourfastness and allow to dry before proceeding. If colours bleed or change, do not use. Because of the wide variations of carpets, dyes and fibres, it's best to apply and wait several days before proceeding.

Step 3
When you are then confident it has not affected the carpet/furniture, use it to remove the chewing gum.

Step 4
Apply "bye bye gum" directly on to chewing gum. Agitate area with a scouring pad or rigid spotting spatula scrubbing "bye bye gum" in to the chewing gum, Repeat until chewing gum has been removed.

Step 5
Having used "bye bye gum" and completly removed the chewing gum, neutralise the area with warm soapy water and leave to naturally dry.
